How do you feel about your birthday? Do you look forward to it and remind all your friends, or do you dread it and try to keep it a secret?
Now this QotD made me remind of my birthday. Well, I feel happy whenever my birthday is coming up. Make me happy that I'm a year older. It's kinda amazing when you reflect and reminisce your younger years and now, you're already grown up and could survive without a bottle of milk in hand. Turns out, when you get a bit older, the thing that's in your hand changes. From your favorite bottle of milk, to your favorite bottle of beer. Hell true. :) During my birthday, i don't really announce it to everyone. I just send a group message to my close friends telling them that the most beautiful girl in all primitive history is a year older on that day, and yes, jokingly asking for gifts.
FYI: Jokes are half meant.
So yeah, I wanna receive gifts. It's a nice feeling, but I really don't expecting having some. Gifts are more special when given to you whole heartedly. Sometimes, I keep my birthday as a secret, to avoid having to treat my friends. haha. Sometimes I just want the money to be completely mine -- because I'm going to buy something with it -- not because I'm selfish. hehe. :)
And yeah, my birthday is on June 11. <3

I often ride the jeepney on the way home from school. Philippines is known for jeepneys! :)
So yeah, there was this time wherein I was with my friends, we took a jeepney on our way home.
We thought the jeepney ride would be a lot of fun that day since it's my first time to actually be
with my other friend on the jeepney. The ride was fun until this old lady rode the jeepney and was
actually ranting about her boss or something. She was telling everyone in the jeepney on how stupid
her boss is and that her boss is demanding. The workers of her boss even chased her with a knife
and she showed us her tattered shoe. She was just talking and talking to everybody and everyone
was really getting the annoyed. She kept on yelling and telling us that she's going to kill her boss.
We all froze to death and some of the old folks in the jeep got annoyed and teased her and told her
to shut the fuck up. What's more scary is that she sits beside me. I was so afraid that she might
pull me and hit me with something. It was the weird. Really really weird.

What experience or moment in your life have you learned the most from?

I guess it would be the time wherein my parents scolded me again because of something. I've gone through a lot of hurt and trials this year and this year really is a meaningful one. Full of memories, from the bad ones, to the pretty ones. I've really been a bad girl, and i'm not shy to admit it. Since I know my faults and wrong doings. I've finally got my karma, and yeah, as I said, I experienced a lot of trials this year, especially regarding my family. From those experiences, I've realized and understood my parents better. From their pieces of advice, to their words of wisdom. Was thinking that I had been so unattached to my parents. I was hindering myself to love them, and I have just realized their importance and my importance to them. I didn't know i've been missing a lot of fun for hindering myself to love them before. But here I am now, starting a brand new life. And patching up the things and pretty much enjoying the things that I neglected to enjoy before. :) Experience is really a very good teacher. SWEAR! :)
